Pastor Rev. Arul Alexander is in pastoral ministry for the more than 24 years. He hails from a
scenic little town called Nagercoil from South India. He earned his graduate degree in
Divinity from Tamil Nadu Theological Seminary in India, Post graduate degree in Theology
in the United States of America and he graduated in E.I.T.T program at Concordia
Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is an ordained Pastor of Lutheran Church
Missionary Synod and Pastor of Faith Tamil Lutheran Church. He is working among Tamil
speaking community and also different ethnic groups in Metro Detroit through personal
evangelism, conducting public interest classes like ESL, Tamil etc.
Pastor Arul has been an instrumental in installing the Tamil Church and has been
pastoring this congregation
since Aug 04. Pastor Arul is joined by his wife and daughter in this ministry.
